We continue our trip to UNESCO heritage site Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, one of the most exotic and best-preserved Kasbahs in the entire Atlas region. After breakfast at the hotel, we depart to Merzouga via Boulmane Dades, Tinghir, and Rissani. Along the way, we will see thousands of old Kasbahs made of red mud and straw. We travel through numerous Berber villages, passing through Skoura, Kalaat M'Gouna, Souk El-khemis de Dades, Boulmane Dades, Tinghir, and Rissani, finally arriving at our guest house in Merzouga. The trip begins at around 4 pm (depending on arrival). The camels will be packed with food, blankets, and other necessities. The trek starts into the desert, where it is completely secluded. The camp is located beside a 120-meter-high dune, offering hours of fun sandboarding. During the first night, there will be a wonderful dinner around a campfire.
